Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Map
The Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD) has produced a new tool that creates an Adobe Acrobat PDF file with Geographic Information System (GIS) type layers and database attributes. It should be used using Adobe Acrobat version 7/8 or Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7/8 (to utilize the full functionality of the map). Above, a link is shown to a PDF file that shows how to use the tools within the GeoPDF TIP Map. Please refer to that file to learn the functionality of the GeoPDF file plug-in and the Adobe Acrobat (version 7/8) functionality.
To enable the Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader software, you must first download and install the GeoPDF plug-in from the MAP2PDF located at http://www.terragotech.com/solutions/map2pdf-reader.html. The plug-in download size is approximately 10 megabytes (MB).

To use TIP MAP, Right Click on EFLHD TIP Map, Save Target As, and open the downloaded file from your computer. TIP MAP will not work if you open from the web, must save to local computer.
