Work for November 21, 2009 through November 28, 2009
- Completing clean up and sodding the construction entrance at Crib Wall 1.
- Removal of all temporary traffic control devices
Traffic Control/Weekend and Night Work
- Monday, November 23 and Tuesday, November 24, 2009, expect periodic lane closures on the northbound George Washington Parkway between 10:00am and 2:30pm.
- Weekend work is scheduled for the weekend of November 21, 2009. A right lane closure may be in affect on Saturday November 21, 2009, between 7:00am – 3:00pm.

General Project Description
The project consists of the rehabilitation of crib walls along the northbound George Washington Memorial Parkway from the bridge over Windy Run to Overlook #1. The work includes removing trees on the face of the wall, repairing damaged crib wall members, constructing shotcrete anchor panels, and other miscellaneous work.
Traffic Control / Affects to Public:
The GWMP Parkway will be open to traffic at all times. Lane closures may be necessary for equipment and material access to the work sites. No lane closures will occur during the standard GWMP Rush Hours of 5:30 am to 10:00 am and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Design/Construction Schedule:
This project was awarded on December 9, 2008. Construction began in spring 2009. Expected completion is November 2009.
